The thought of that lot using our stadium and playing the final game in it sickens me.

Depends if we still own the ground at the time doesnt it?

Lol at being in the away end. On a serious note, imagine the yids 'away'. I reckon we'd have about 15,000 over there for that.

Sugar's a wind up merchant. Still bitter that Gold & Sullivan got such a good business deal while his mob have to shell out a fortune. Hahaha.
He'd say anything to rattle WHU supporters. Bet he's laughing his head off. Spurs will go to Wembley.

Re: Alan Sugar
They can have it for £50m.

Deal or no deal??

Re: Alan Sugar
Actually, it won't happen because the Davids will want to auction off every seat, nut and bolt of the place after our last game.

Crassus, just the ground, the stadium doesn't have any long term use

Cash in I say

Re: Alan Sugar
Also - did we sell the site or the ground?

Would be amusing to see a deal done then our lot send in bulldozers before handover

LeroysBoots 8:16 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
Can we charge them 1 million a game !?!

Harpo Marx 8:15 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
We will just have to the wreck the joint on the last day so it's no use to nobody afterwards.

Re: Alan Sugar
Can you imagine them claiming the Stanley, Queens and Boleyn?

Can you imagine what plod would have to say about all that?

Y's all over East London when we are playing - cant see that happening

Although, going to UP as an away fan would be surreal - with 3k seats

Re: Alan Sugar
What Cough said. By then the developers will own it, if they want to rent it to the 4x2's it's up to them.

Far Cough 8:10 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
They wont be in the Stanley if we're at home the same day

DaillyShaggedMyWife 8:10 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
Quite possibly, but I'm guessing there is a timeline in place to start demolition - build flats - sell flats.

I'm not sure whether there would be any motivation to postpone that for a year just to do Spurs a favour.

Re: Alan Sugar
Can you imagine them claiming the Stanley, Queens and Boleyn?

It would be worth being behind the bar and shit in their Guinness.

Far Cough 8:08 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
It's in Gaillards (sp) hands

Harpo Marx 8:08 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
But I thought the deal was done with the sale of the ground so it would be out of our hands?.

DaillyShaggedMyWife 8:07 Wed Sep 17
Re: Alan Sugar
Isn't the sell off of the ground for housing a done deal?
